Nikhila is a product leader with over a decade of experience helping startups, scale-ups, and established organisations build and scale digital products. She specialises in 0–1 product development, go-to-market strategy, and retention optimisation for web and mobile products across multiple industries. Known for thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, she works closely with leadership and product teams to identify opportunities and create sustainable revenue growth.

Vinny is an operations and manufacturing specialist with experience helping organisations improve performance through process efficiency and operational excellence. An ex-McKinsey consultant with a background in mechanical and manufacturing engineering, Vinny brings a structured, analytical approach to solving complex operational challenges. He has worked across manufacturing and industrial contexts, partnering with leadership and operational teams to optimise processes, improve execution, and deliver sustainable, measurable improvements
